- What are your average days on market for your listings?
- Do you employ a team of professionals to support you or are you an individual agent?
- Do you operate out of a professional office or your personal residence?
- Do you answer your phone 7 days a week?
- Do you have a communication system in place to keep your sellers informed and updated on a weekly basis?
- Do you have your own website with constant web optimization? (other than the MLS, the Broker’s site, or your company personal template site)
- On what websites will my listing be advertised?
- What percentage of business do you generate from internet leads?
- What percentage of business to you generate from past client referrals?
- Do you use at least four different medias for marketing campaigns?
- How many active buyers do you currently have in your database?
- How many calls do you make a day in search of buyers for your listings?
- Do you provide a written Customer Satisfaction Guarantee?
- Do you provide a list of written testimonials from past clients?
- Do you provide an EASY EXIT listing agreement if we are not completely satisfied with your service?
