Coldstream
The City of Coldstream is an incorporated city within Louisville, Kentucky. Even though it is only .2 square miles, it has its own mayor and city council. It was incorporated in 1983 and currently has an approximate population of 1000 people and 430 homes. It is a quiet neighborhood, located off of Hwy 22, with moderately priced homes. Most homes are 2-stories with nicely kept lawns. Coldstream is located near several universities, hospitals and the Louisville Amtrak station is within easy driving distance.
